"When asked for my ID and health insurance card, I handed over my ID and explained that I was a patient and my insurance information is still accurate in the system, I was met with "I didn't ask for all that." Needless to say this has not been typical of other labs to speak to patients this way and I will choose a different lab in the future. Otherwise, the office was clean and easy to find."
