"I took my daughter for her 13th birthday to get her hair straightened. The young lady sitting near the waiting area BURNED my child's scalp in not one but TWO spots. So bad to the point no hair will grow in those areas. I am hurt, sad, and livid that this happened to my baby. Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars because that's what is deserved. I will never recommend this business."

"3.5 hours for a wash and set and didn’t even sit under the dryer. They told this dude they don’t take male customers but just had one in the chair 3 weeks ago!! And they charge more than the sign says using cash or cash app including the fee!! Not good at all"

"I went in for a hair dye and to blow dry. The color and blow dry came out nice but BUT when I came in my hair was curled and dry and they needed to detangle it while dry for the dye. The way the lady was detangling my hair was CRAZY. If you have curly hair you know that if you’re going to detangle while dry you have to be very careful or it will break all over. She was not being careful brushing from top to bottom and left me with SO MUCH breakage. I was devastated seeing when my hair was straight seeing all the flyaways and my edges all tore up. If this didn’t happen I would’ve rated the salon better. That specific lady didn’t know what she was doing."
