"Horrible experience every time I go. I wait over an hour every single time just to get a seat. The staff will talk to each other longer than they will cut hair. I have watched people be ignored for over 10 minutes while in the chair due to their conversations. I have also seen some of the barbers friends come in and have the privilege of skipping everyone who has been waiting. The staff here needs to start treating this more like a service they’re being payed for rather than a hangout"
