"I brought my daughter Lydia in today, she's 4. Last night she decided to cut her own hair. I didn't catch the beautician's name, but she was amazing!! She kept Lydia entertained while helping her with her hair. She truly went above and beyond! I will definitely be bringing her back."

"Went to the store. Walked in and nobody was up front. Waited at LEAST 5 minutes and walked towards the back and said "Hello"...VERY snarkily the stylist answered "be right there." I understand she was working on a customer...but she could have popped around the corner and said I'll be right there or even yelled it out so we would know she knew we were there. Acknowledge your other customers too. Then she asked how she can help us after handling the customer before us. She still had an attitude...you could hear it in her voice. I told her that I was there to look at wigs. She then tells us that the lady who handles that wasn't there and then listed what days she was in the shop. I told her that I'm from out of state and won't be around the next day the lady will be back. I told her nowhere on their website or on the internet does it say that the wig lady is only available on certain days. So I made a half hour drive for nothing. Poor customer service and lack of information on correct hours...nope won't be back!!! You lost a customer and I was interested in getting several wigs based off your reviews!!!"

"I had my hair professionally colored for the first time-I’d always use box dye. Elia is extremely talented and awesome! Five stars isn’t enough-she should have 20!!! We had the best time-she educates her clients, she’s so gentle and caring! I feel I gained a daughter today! She made me feel beautiful-I couldn’t wait to show my husband the “new” me!! What a wonderful birthday present from my loving daughter!"
