I've never took the time to star or review anything... my friend got her nose pierced 4 weeks ago by another shop in the New Hartford area and is still in pain and a daily discomfort. I was weary because of that. I chose this shop, only one open on a Sunday, had my nose pierced, felt the initial pinch naturally. Lol ... came home, went to the Utica zoo, hung out on my day off with friends and have not felt any discomfort whatsoever. Very pleased! Highly Recommend!!"

At the consult and first appointment he was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable in the shop. He does great work and I love how my first piece by him turned out!
