"I called their office around 1030 in the morning on a Monday desperate for some relief. The office staff were very gracious and helpful. Offered to speak with the doctor to see if it was possible to work me in that afternoon, luckily for me, they were able too! They instructed me to print three forms from their website and fill them out before arrival to speed up the check-in process, which I did. Once there, I waiting in the waiting room for maybe 4-5 minutes. The nursing staff assisting the doctor were very nice and made me feel as comfortable as possible considering I was on foreign ground never having an ingrown toenail before. Dr. Johncock was very nice and professional. He talked me through each step and was able to fix the problem. I can’t thank them enough for working me into their schedule on short notice as well as being so helpful!! It was no where near as bad as I was fearing it would be!"
