"We loveeeee this place and I highly recommend. The staff are always so sweet, professional, and comforting. The office is child friendly yet beautiful, clean, and professional. But the main thing I really want to compliment is the staff. It means a lot to see the staff so patient, caring, and attentive. They explain everything to your child in ways that’s easy for them to understand. They also make the whole experience fun for the child and are sooooo patient and kind. They definitely have an amazing staff and your kids will be in great hands if you bring them here. Thank you so much Growing Smiles!"

"Growing smiles has been my 3 children’s dentist for years .We have always loved how nice they were when my kids went for cleanings and made them feel at ease. But then my youngest started having some serious dental issues and it caused her anxiety.. they did NOT handle that well to say the least . We were made to feel like they just didn’t want to deal with it. They put it off and just kept saying they would do it next time . Finally it became so painful for her they scheduled her at the hospital for treatment. We held out for the appointment and in the meantime , the billing coordinator called to collect the payment. I paid over $400 with the intention of paying the remaining balance before she went in. We waited over 2 months and right before her procedure, they canceled it because they say they couldn’t get ahold of me to confirm I would be there . And now will not refund our money because of their “cancellation policy”. Except I didn’t cancel .. they canceled 2 full days before the hospital visit .They did not give me any of this information about the policy beforehand. It seems they could have at least left a message to inform me that they were worried I wouldn’t show up and they were canceling it .. and keeping our money . Leaving my daughter in horrible pain. I have already taken her to another dentist, and they are appalled at how long and how awful the experience was for us . They actually care about her needing what we came for, especially it being an emergency, and don’t make her feel bad for being nervous. I would not recommend growing smiles to anyone especially if your child needs urgent dental care ."

"The new location vibe just don't do it for me. It's dark and has little light signs at the staffs section feels like I'm at a bar. They need better seats in the waiting room. Anyways, staffs and doctors has always been great to my kids. Downfall to this place is getting an appointment can take forever because they are so "busy". I moved all my kids to a different dentist now because Growling Smiles does not file Secondary insurance. I found a place that will file all my insurance for me and I don't have to loose hundreds of dollars up front to growling smiles. Plus, the laughing gas they provided was $80 the last time I looked at my bill and insurance does not cover that cost. So, I'm outta there."

"Great dentist office for kids! My kids had horrible experiences with dentists prior to coming here and the staff and surroundings at Growing Smiles made the appointments enjoyable and almost like the kids were getting their teeth cleaned at home. Games to play while waiting, TVs to watch while getting cleaned, and even prizes when they're finished. Amazing place!"
