"Was told by my surgeon that I have an appointment and to be there between 8-9AM and I was here by 8:30Am and I’m still waiting to get bloodwork done. Their computer told me I didn’t have an appointment even tho my surgeon made me one. I don’t recommend this place at all for lab work. First off you have to check yourself in they don’t have anyone to check you in. Secondly when you have a walk-in that’s been waiting since 8:30 and it’s now 11:08 you should probably get them back into the chair and take their blood. Brooks Hospital lab isn’t the greatest but they are by far 100% better than here. Do not waste your time by going to ACL of Silver Creek."
"No one is at the desk to meet you or check you in. They make you use a stupid computer and then you have to wait for then to come get you. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and won’t be coming back here ever again"
