"This is for the Shipyard location. I have never seen worse customer service. They intentionally do not have someone you can talk to. I got a prescription but the doctor's assistant filled out the form incorrectly. I called to get it corrected - day after day, week after week, month after month. All I can do is leave a message that is ignored. They say "we will call you back" and they don't. I can't reach my doctor, I can't get my prescription corrected. If this were life-saving medication I needed I would be dead by now. The only thing they have managed to do on time is bill me. If you have a serious medical condition that requires someone actually attending to your needs, avoid this place at all cost, you could be dead before they get around to responding to your calls."
