"Well, I just absolutely love this practice. I love my therapist, Mrs. Alice. I "will" the time to slow when we are chatting because it feels like hanging out with a friend. I could talk to her for hours - and bounce from topic to topic and she will just let me flow until there is something specific that needs more explaining. Such a gem. I wouldn't be genuine though without mentioning the glue that holds it all together. She will hate this but I am calling her out by name - Ms. Serena is the GLUE that holds us all together. Not a single person who walks through that door needs to tell her who they are and who they are there to see. She already knows. She has studied the calendar for the next day and is ready for you. She just greets you with a smile and keeps clicking away. She has never once called me with a "problem" (Insurance denial, scheduling conflict...etc) rather she will call you with a "problem" and multiple solution options. Her solution options are not a to-do list for you, but rather a list of things that she can do to make things still go in your direction and that she can do to keep it moving. She is not just an office staff member. She's an ABSOLUTE patient advocate. She will figure out how to get you what you need with the best possible options. I love Coastal Ridge - they aren't just button pushers. They are collaborative - doctors - therapists - admin - they will all work together to get you on track. What a team!"

"Very disappointed with the hampstead office. It took me 3 messages left with their “roll over answering service” to even get a phone call back to get my 9yr old daughter an appointment for an evaluation. After a video chat visit with the provider in office she set up a follow up appointment with herself and I was to make an appointment with a therapist for my daughter. Receptionist never called the next day and again had to call twice leaving messages for call back and took a 3rd to get one only to be told they didn’t have a therapist that took our insurance and didn’t know when they would. Follow up appointment was tomorrow and never had a reminder call or text. Cancelled the follow up through the “roll over answering service” again due to the fact there is no reason to have one because she hasn’t even been seen and receptionist doesn’t know when or if she will be."

"I feel so welcomed and taken care of at CRHS! The office staff is lovely, as is Dr. Jenks. All calls are returned in a timely manner, medication is managed effectively. When my medication wasn’t working the way it should have been, alternative treatments (TMS) were brought up and it’s been very successful for me. It’s by far the best psychiatric experience I’ve had. Nick, Diana, Serena, Dr. Jenks—thank you! It doesn’t just feel like a doctor’s office, it feels like family."

"I have to say this is the most disorganized place to go. My son has had to drive there at least 5 times to try to get hold of anyone. If you call, you either get an answering service (which they do not usually say they are with answering service) or phone just rings off hook. The Dr is by video chat whereas the office handles all the testing etc. It has been an absolute nightmare for 2+ months that we have been trying to get answers or return calls. Never ever use this place unless you don't care about getting help. UPDATE: 12/15/23--Although I did get the director to phone me directly due to this review and have started getting some help through communicating with him directly. But I'm apparently not only one with the same issues according to all the reviews and these other reviews all have same issues for a while now. I will update my review if they (director of facility) continue to help. But we will see if it stops or if they still keep communicating. Only time will tell......and having to communicate directly with director to get issues resolved due to my review says a lot with all the other reviews. I have to say it was POSITIVE that the director did reach out personally and has been communicating with us this week. But I will only change my one star and total review if my son finally gets all the help he has been trying to get for months with no prior help/communications. ****The DIRECTOR would definitely get a great review! He has kept his word all week. To Be Continued....."
