"Great family practice! It's been a pleasure working with all their staff! All the practitioners are very kind, listen well, and are not rushed. The office staff have been so kind on the phone and very helpful when I've had billing questions, or needed itemized statements, etc!"
"I wanted to say how much I appreciate dr young. She has been my doctor some where around 20 years. She has always taken what ever time I need to talk to me and never made me feel like I’m rushed. She is a kind and caring physician and has always had my best interest. The other medical staff are always caring as well when I have medical needs. There have been many times I have ask for an appointment the same day I called and 95 percent of the time they got me in. So to dr young and the medical staff and the front office thank you for every thing you have done for me and I look forward to having dr young as my doctor in 2024."
"I'm not one to leave reviews but after recommending Western Wake Wellness to a friend and her informing me of the poor reviews I felt like I needed to share my experience. My twins have been patients of this practice since their birth in 2018 after my interviewing/meeting with several other practices in the Triangle area. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the providers, we LOVE Jessica Pulling, she is warm, thorough and always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. On more than one occasion when one of my twins was having a melt down she's even helped me to leave the office. I can honestly say I have never once felt rushed. In the reviews I have read the negative comments seem to always come up regarding the front office staff, this is so unfortunate as what really matters are the Practitioners. I myself have also had some less than positive interactions with the office staff but the care my kids have received always far outweighed the negative. Since COVID there seems to have been a lot of front of the house turnover like so many other businesses. I was actually in the office just a few days ago after not being there since January and was so happy with everyone I interacted with. From the 7:30am sick visit requested phone call with Kristina, to my interaction with the young man at the front desk and the office manager. It was all very positive. I'm so happy to see that the environment of the office is giving me pre-COVID positive vibes!!!"
"I’m 23, in pretty good health. I don’t have extensive healthcare needs, I don’t need to speak to my doctor every few days. I just want them to do what my insurance needs them to do SO I CAN GET MY MEDICATION. It has been weeks, my insurance has not been contacted by Western Wake Wellness. I’ve called multiple times and, once I actually can get the office staff to LISTEN to what I’ve said, they have a new excuse, most recently being that no one told them that I needed this, though I messaged into portal and told them on 2 previous phone calls. This is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll never return. The folks who answer the phone ignore everything you say and talk over you, they don’t pay attention or do what you need to get your insurance to cover medications, I’ve never been treated with such little attention or care by doctor’s office staff on the phone. Multiple phone conversations with different staff went the same way, messages sent through the portal don’t seem to be read, it seems impossible to reach your doctor or get what you need. Just go anywhere else. Pedro Nunez is an infinitely better option and is in Cary."
