"The only good thing about this place is Heather. ATP I’m done with this place. And reminder to the girls up front if you wouldn’t talk to YOUR mama like that you damn sure won’t talk to mine like that. These people are rude, condescending. They never give a straightforward answer, like about sending referrals and takes an act of God for them to answer the phone for anything but will call you 6 times to confirm an appointment and then have the audacity to tell you you’re LATE for the appointment when they made you that way by sitting behind the glass playing on the phone or running around “asking questions”. I’ll drive to Raleigh or Durham first. Oh and be prepared to be loaded down with meds and no real answers or concerns about what you’re being seen for."

"I don’t know where to begin. I just recently moved back to town and have been in search of a new doctor. I decided to give this place a try. Highly disappointed. The woman in the waiting Area is extremely rude. (Med length red bob and glasses) I went in to the urgent care side and asked if I would be able to be seen and without asking any information she instantly said no. Luckily the other young lady called me over and allowed me to fill out my paperwork. Today I called in reference to the same appointment needing a note. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. Then when I called back and explained what kind of customer service I received she responds “Well they’re busy soo…” Do not recommend coming here. It took me driving THIRTY minutes to the office to get an answer after 4 phone calls, and they didn’t bother to ask any details so the information was incorrect. Will never return here."

"I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about IMPACT and the staff there. Each time we have needed care - they have been so attentive and quick to respond to our needs. I had to bring my 5-yr old son in on Friday (7/8) for flu/strep testing and our nurse, Nicole, was so amazing. So patient and kind, even when my son was NOT having the swabs. She spoke so gently and was very reassuring. We were seen by Dr. Ken, who was thorough in his review of the results and very personable - he got my tearful son laughing as we left. Thankfully, all came back negative, just a virus that was at the end of its course, and he cleared him to enjoy his birthday party the next day. Then we had to come back on Wednesday (7/13) for my Husband, who was very sick. We were seen once again by, Nurse Nicole - who was so kind, gentle and very thorough in taking all of his stats. Even when there was a slight fluke with the heart rate monitor. She called for an EKG just to be sure his heart was strong. We were seen by, Loretta a Nurse Practitioner - who very quickly recognized his lungs were full and called for chest x-rays and a breathing treatment right away, to open up his pathways. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and we were prescribed a range of Rxs to meet all of his needs. Even after we left, I called back twice with questions on the prescriptions and how to administer them best - and I was met with care and a swift response each time. It's been 5 days and and my Husband is 85% recovered and back on his feet. And it is all thanks to the EXCELLENT care and professional diagnosis from the IMPACT Team. And please know...we live in Raleigh. So we happily drive the 30 min drive, one-way to receive our care at IMPACT. We are so grateful to all of them - as our situations could have been very serious if we were misdiagnosed. We trust this team and these doctors with our Lives...literally. Thank you so much to the excellent Staff and Team at IMPACT Urgent & Primary. We appreciate you all so much!"
