"Dr. William Clark is my primary care doctor. I cannot say enough great things about him. He listens, he cares!!! His nurse, Robin has a laugh that should be bottled and sold! This team is absolutely amazing! Admittedly, I'm not great about going to any Dr but I truly feel at ease with Dr. Clark and his crew. I have also met Joseph and Gina Miccha, the other 2 Dr's at the practice, all wonderful!!! Dr. Clark is the man!!"

"I made an appointment for one particular physician. I asked several questions on the phone while making appointment. I waited about 3-4 weeks for my appointment. Went to the office. Things seemed ok until I was put in a room and realized they had me scheduled with the wrong provider. We discussed the issue and made a plan for the visit. After the nurse left the room, the administrator came into the room. No, he did not come into the room to apologize for the confusion and try to solve the problem. He didn't take the steps that an administrator concerned with superior patient care would've taken. He told me there was no way my appointment could’ve been with the provider I said it was with. I explained my entire conversation with the lady the day I made the appointment. He, then, proceeded to say he knew the lady didn’t say those things because he listens to the staff as they make the appointments. So, basically, he called me a liar. I even had a paper I had jotted down the appointment and information while I was on the phone with the scheduler. The scheduler even told me the physician I was making an appointment with could do paps, etc. I have never been so humiliated in a physician’s office before. Awful customer service by the administrator. Dr. Clark and the clinical staff were very polite, however, it’s difficult to overlook rude behavior in an office."

"Our family sees Dr. William Clark and we are thrilled with his care. One of the best decisions we ever made was taking our teens out of a pediatric practice that was always rushed and in a few cases, gave us absolutely incorrect information and missed very significant health issues. Dr. Clark and his colleagues treat adolescents and adults. They know when to refer to a specialist and they refer teens to pediatric specialists when appropriate. An annual physical for a teen with Dr. Clark is an in depth, informative visit. The annual physicals in our most recent multi-physician pediatric practice was hurried, and seemed like a waste of time. We have never felt rushed with appointments with Dr. Clark. He takes his times and asks many questions that help get to the root of health issues. When a patient is dealing with multiple specialists, Dr. Clark is the "go to" person who seems to have an understanding of what is going on with all the specialists. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Clark, and my friend have also said great things about his colleagues. Finally, his staff is amazing. They are smart, hard working, kind and just a pleasure to be around. The gals who does the blood draws is a superstar! They all are."
