"I love these guys. I did not like the fact that I would have to drive an hour and a half one way to be treated but Dr. Nadour is so great (with his Mel Gibson looking self BUT BETTER!) They take time to explain things if you have questions. I as well as my daughter appreciate the fact that you now have a Saturday option available for working moms! That way we don't have to take time off from work during the week. $15 an hour doesn't go far at all. Thank you again for the Saturday option. Please keep them open! I think more providers should have Saturday options. I look forward to seeing you again this week. I wanted to piggyback off of Carol's post. JOSH is amazing at what he does and I appreciate him!"
"Today I went to Vascular Solutions for an annual follow-up appointment to check pressures/blood flow in my feet and toes. An Ultrasound examination was performed. After that, I met with Alyssa D’lugin (NP) to review the results of the tests on my feet and toes and asked her to examine a huge hematoma that I had on my hip as a result of a fall during a cycling accident about 3 weeks ago. I asked if it was possible to drain the hematoma as it was very uncomfortable. Alyssa consulted with Dr. Nadour, who also examined me and determined that they could do a procedure to drain the hematoma. Rather than having me make another appointment and wait for perhaps days, they took me right in to their procedure room and the doctor and NP and team performed the procedure. It was painless and needless to say, I was much more comfortable after this procedure was completed. I am very grateful to all the staff that took care of me today. I highly recommend Vascular Solutions to help you."
"Very competent medical staff and ultrasound staff. In the past I had trouble dealing with the appointment person, but they have very good service now in that department, too."
"Dr Rao and his team are beyond excellent!!! They are informative, professional, and saviors! My father had been to several vascular surgeons and got the run around, Dr Rao came in explained the procedure, consulted with his foot doctor and made a plan. The surgery was executed with precision and a mastery not often seen. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!"
"During my initial visit to Vascular Solutions of North Carolina Dr. Sid Rao comforted and ensured me by saying, I will take care of you. After seeing him I asked the nurse rhetorically why I have never heard of this wonderful medical establishment before now. Perhaps, two toes and part of my foot would not have been amputated if I knew this practice existed. Still, from that point onward I was treated with expertise and compassion by Dr. Rao and his staff. Dr. Rao takes a hands on approach to ensure that I received the best medical care possible. As a result, my foot has healed, my mobility is not affected and no further medical intervention are necessary at this point. Initially, I met Dr. Rao under duress after my second toe was amputated at Wake Medical Hospital of Cary. He assured me that he will try to prevent any further amputations or developing foot injuries. As a result, my foot injuries have not only become stable but, has progressively improved because of his expert intervention. In addition to Dr.Rao helping to prevent further degradation of the extremities of my vascular system, his staff treated me with courtesy and respect. I felt that I was in good hands from lead clinical administrative assistant Jacqueline (Ms. Jackie) Anderson, Nurses Jessica Hernandez, Tonika Daniels, ultrasound technician Jessica Blalock and Office manager Phalan Bolden. The entire staff exemplified compassion and professionalism. Lastly, Dr. Rao took his valuable time to contact me (TWICE) over the weekend to ensure that I was well after undergoing a procedure at his clinic. Those acts demonstrated to me the compassion that he has for his patients. I would highly recommend Vascular Solutions of North Carolina and in particular Dr. Sid Rao for your vascular needs."
