"Had my infusion on 10/24/23. My nurse was amazing. The PA came and talked to me because I was so nervous. It was scary for me but they were there with me when I needed them. I am so grateful for the staff."

"I have been getting my infusion since I was diagnosed, but now it has gone down. Before, they got there new building, the people was more caring now I feel it is cold. The people have no clue what's going on. I feel like I am just a number. Even when I call to have questions about my labs or financial concerns my calls go unanswered. Hopefully, in time, they can get back there magic.; but now it is gone."

"This place is horrible they do not know what they are doing. I was told the day of my appointment - while I was there - that is was cancelled. If you are going here you probably have a serious medical condition, and they don't care. I have never felt like such a number than I have with the whole Atrium system. They DO NOT treat you like a person or a patient - you are just moving through their system. They do not have a specialist for my auto immune disease- can you believe in a major city they don't have a specialist? I can see why their specialist left if they treat her anything like I have been treated. The location is nice - the building is new , but the treatment of you receive as a person is subhuman. To anyone that has to have an infusion DO NOT USE ATRIUM if you can help it. They will mix up your appointments, tell you that you have to get lab work, charge you for lab work, then two days later, the day of your infusion - at the front desk - that your appointment is cancelled."
