"My experiences with the "office manager" have been pretty snarky. My mother like most elderly people has problems navigating the internet. It is within the office managers role at this office to help the patients navigate a new system since there seems to be no type of outside source to contact on their new portal. Stacy provides feedback over the phone with an attitude as well as sending emails back that are just as pleasant (not at all helpful). Dr. Patterson however is a very friendly Dr and has been helping my mother for years. I truly hope at some point this can be resolved or he can find better front desk/office manger help."

"It takes a little bit of time to develop a therapeutic rapport with him, like with any mental healthcare provider, but it was well worth getting to know him. He listens to the patient and considers his/her input while making the important decisions about medications and care. He truly does care, and wants to make the patient get to the best place, and it always takes some time to find the right regimen. In only a couple of months, I went from a terrible, non-functioning place of horrible depression and anxiety to a much better place, where I felt like myself again, and could finally live my life and be productive and interact with friends and family again, because of Dr. Patterson. I found him to be highly professional, and methodical about the way he worked through issues, until solutions were found that worked. Highly recommended."

"I can't express enough how wonderful Dr. Patterson is. As someone who has dealt with mental illness since I was 18 (i'm now in my 40's) I have dealt with a lot of mental health professionals. I have had good and bad doctors, in my opinion Dr Patterson is top notch. He focuses on me and my needs.
