"The staff at the front are very rude. I went in for my appointment where I got up with my face swollen this morning and presented my paperwork and the receptionist began by berating my income then accused me of being rude and disrespectful. Her sidekick next to her then asked why I was cussing. I hadn’t started then but will admit I did before I left. I asked the receptionist what her problem was with me because every time I have been in there she has some problem with me or other. The manager came out and asked. I explained. He has never been helpful. When I stated I wanted my paperwork back and my appointment, he refused me. Then asked me to leave. Even after me showing him how my face is swollen, he refused me medical attention."

"Their opinions are based solely upon assumption and that's all. And there representatives are extremely RUDE! Especially the "little Hispanic girl" at the front desk who makes it a habit to make up non-relevent excuses to deny minorities medical treatment. People could die from not getting proper treatment and medicine but; she along with other representative s, could care less(they obviously don't care at all). DENY, DENY, DENY is all they do.. Your better off saving up for private Insurance and going somewhere else instead of applying for Sliding Scale and going to this clinic! They'll just deny you proper treatment and meds and watch you die! THESE PEOPLE ARE SICK IN THE HEAD with narcissistic intentions!!!"
