"Only getting a one start because it won’t let me give zero stars. I called and asked for a referral to a specialist due to some labs showing the need. I was told I had to be seen which is fine. I asked for an appointment and scheduled one after being told it would be a 15 min appointment. I arrived 20 mins early and had already paid and checked in online. I then sat in the waiting room for 45 mins. There was only ever 1-2 people with me in the waiting room. I finally got called back and after getting vitals I went to a room where I sat another 20 mins waiting to be seen. When Erica Bolin finally came in she took a glance at my labs, discredited them and said we need to draw more, then said she could start me on medication today if I wanted. I explained I wasn’t sure I want medication I just want to go over options with a specialist which is why I needed the referral. I also asked if she thought my labs were wrong why would I start medication at all? She then gets very rude and says well if you aren’t taking medication it won’t matter any way and storms out leaving me standing there to assume my appointment is finished. I had to go speak to the front desk to find out what my next steps were. All the while I had both children since I thought this would be a quick 15 min referral appointment, or I would’ve scheduled at a time when someone could watch them not just the earliest appointment. She didn’t listen to me and tried to make me feel stupid for the avenue I’ve chosen for my care. All I needed was a referral. I’m in no way against medication or doctors but I am never going back here."

I've always been pleased with the care we receive, but I have been thoroughly impressed with the compassion and knowledge of Dr. Gretchen Coady. In addition to being a great clinician, she also shows a deeper level of care and consideration for her patients than I am used to experiencing. She is very generous of her time during appointments, and when appropriate, she has also called to speak with family members after appointments to follow-up on matters. I am very happy to have Dr. Coady caring for my family."

This is unfortunately my first review, never thought about it until the young lady at checkout said, if you enjoy your service let us know. If you’re looking for a doctor's office that cares about your health this is 100 percent the office for you. If you want to hear bluntly their professional opinion and recommendations for your health this is the office for you. You better set back and put your feelings aside because they will tell you the hard truths and will not sugarcoat them. This office will investigate your issue until they and you get the correct information to get you feeling better. I would never go anywhere else, professional, educated, and extremely caring for your health. The ladies at check-in are welcoming, informative, and helpful. The young lady that gets all your information and needs at check-in is always professional and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. Overall this office does a fantastic job and I wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"Very Professional doctor's. Very short wait time. As a patient you must get your blood work done atleast 3 or 4 days before your appointment. This way the doctor's will have all the information on hand about you so the doctor's can do the job you needed. Work smarter not work harder. Doctor's work better with all your help and information. "I have been a patient here for about 4 years. If it weren’t for the quality care that I get from the ONLY good doctor here, I would high tail it to another practice. The front desk staff is rude. Walk in, and after they finally realize you’re there, they just look at you. No greeting whatsoever. This is not just a single occurrence. It’s every time. Not to mention the medical assistant that is incredibly loud and unfriendly. I quite literally sat in the lobby and overheard the entire medical history of a patient, that the MA was was speaking to."
