"To date is the worst expereince I have had obtaining car insurance over a span of 15 years. Once I paid the 6 month premium in full, I was sent a document to remove a discount from my policy that will increase my dues by over 200.00. I was not told this until I called and did my own investigation and saw I was going to be charged a month after my policy starts. Even after I confirmed my policy over the phone upon purchasing and they confirmed no discounts would be removed from my policy Allstate has decided not to honor the mistake they made initially by putting the discount on my policy in the first place which caused my to switch over to allstate in the first place. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and poor costumer service to correct my concerns and at this time would not recommend anyone to switch their policies to allstate."
