"Roxanne the office manager is professionally rude. They put insoles in my shoes with their logo on them and didn't tell me what to expect and hurt the entire time. The assistant and Dr. Micili never explained anything about them. They won't refund or help what so ever. Your wait time is uncalled for. Their equipment looks outdated especially the xray area. You should look for another practice. Especially since they are only concerned about the all mighty dollar. They won't give you another appointment if you have a balance."

"Great staff from front to back. I had foot issues for ever and Dr. Eubanks hooked me up great. I am all cleared up and I am on the move again. "My wife has been going to this office for over 5 years. She has had 2 strokes, and had lost 2 toes due to Diabetes. All prior to beginning her treatment here. All of her other doctors had told her she was going to lose both of her feet. After beginning her treatments her feet are in better health than they ever were before. She has not lost any more toes and the blood flow in her feet has increased. All of this is due to the outstanding staff at Carolina's Foot & Ankle. Not only is her doctor available anytime she calls. She also makes us feel like we are important. She listens and responds to any concerns we have. Like I said my wife has had 2 strokes, she is patient with her and tries to explain so she understands. On the few occasions I have not be able to be present she even called me to make sure that my wife got the proper care needed. As far as the rest of the staff they have always been equally pleasant and responsive. Anytime we did not understand an insurance need or issue. They took the time to explain it and worked with us to resolve it. In a time where everything is automated, they actually personally call to confirm appointments. On a rating scale of 1-5 I give them a 6+."

"Doctor was good but the check out personnel where horribly rude. Removed my spouse's boot because they want payment immediately after appointment before billing insurance. Yelled all of the financial information and belittle my spouse because of our lack of money on hand. Then refused to give my spouse and appointment in four weeks as the doctor wanted until the bill was paid. If I was there I would have given her a piece of my mind. It's unprofessional to discuss a person's financials loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear. Secondly, when seeing a doctor for the first you don't know what they are going to do, nor do you know the cost it will incur. I don't understand this woman's problem but I hope the office supervisor sees this review."
