"Entrance & Exit Receptionists were pleasant. LPN was patient and thorough in getting vitals. Dr. McCardle reviewed my most recent health history, addressed my concerns, and responded to my questions and concerns. She made me feel as though she was listening and I was her main focus at the moment. She was not in a rush to get to the next thing as if I was a checklist. I appreciate the professionalism and patience of the staff."

"After seeing one provider for so long and making a switch I was concerned about my level of care. My concerns were sadly verified. The doctor walked in for a first time visit and had not reviewed my chart prior to the encounter and had no idea of my history. I have a complex history and would have felt better about the encounter had any of our previous notes been reviewed. I don’t have any trust going into this new chapter with this doctor."
