"Have been coming to this location for years, originally when Dr. Oleg owned the practice. I believe he relocated to Manhattan which of course made it unrealistic to travel to compared to Sheepshead bay which is my home turf. The new doctor, Dr. Mesamed, has always been honest, respectful and I have been very comfortable with him being my new dentist in this location. Listens to my concerns and has great manners with his patients. Highly recommended for the local area."

"What supposed to be the regular rework of filling with a doctor, turned out to the WORST experience with entry position clerk desk receptionist INNA, who was unacceptably rude at the check-in and continue with her rude and personal "word diarea" while patient was in the dentist chair with intact anesthesia. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR that lead to a crying patient. UNEDUCATED PERSONAL opinion showered to the patient. STAY AWAY if you do not want to be in this situation."

"Let me start off by saying this office and Dr. Mesamed is a hidden gem in Brooklyn. I have been to many dental offices, saw a lot dentists but never felt comfortable. This doctor provides one of the greatest care to his patients. Sometimes you may feel hesitant to visit dentists, sometimes you can see even doctor is judging you based on your teeth and or background. But never with this doctor, Dr. Mesamed is always friendly, always listens to your questions and answers patiently. I can go to his office with my eyes closed and trust his care. Today I told him that my gums has been very sensitive these past times, he even considered that and put some numbing cream to my gums to ease the pain while cleaning. Other dentists just doesn’t care and go in with their tools right on, not even asking if it hurts. He is the best dentist in Brooklyn, and I believe everyone should know about him and his office. The staff is totally different story. Always friendly, understanding and respectful. The lady with glasses, blonde hair lady, I believe she’s his assistant, she takes X-rays and such, she’s just an angel, very welcoming and gently when it comes to X-ray taking. ( you know some assistants are very harsh when it comes to X- ray taking ) but she’s not like that. Another thanks to front desk girl, she’s very welcoming, always smiling and helpful. They always care about you and your health. The office itself is very clean, organized and feels like home. Not small, a lot of lights and great music. Central Park landscapes will take your mind away from the office and make you calm. Just left my appointment, fully satisfied, with brand new smile and happy! Thank you guys ❤️❤️❤️"
