"The Treatment coordinator Eka is very dismissive and rude, she didn’t allow me to finish asking my question about the insurance, she stopped me and said, “Can you wait I’m on the phone trying to figure out the insurance.” She made me feel like a little kid and not an Adult with mutual respect. All I gave was respect and she proceeded to be rude and dismissive, she just wanted to rush the consultation."

"Dr Kang is excellent. The previous admins were so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately the new management recently just so rude and cold. I’d not recommend them. I’ve been with them and so happy before but I think I’ll have to transfer the location."
