"Chose Carolina Vacuums out of location convenience to purchase a Miele vacuum. Going into the store I knew the specific vacuum I was interested in and had a level of apprehension that someone was going to try and sell me a different machine or parts / supplies I didn't need. Arriving at the store was completely different than what I've experienced with other stores and I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend the store. Bill was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what I was interested in purchasing; he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary products but took the time to discuss some items I might want to consider in the future and the options for purchasing them. He was quick to set up delivery of the machine from another store since it was out of stock for Raleigh and within only a couple days it was ready to pick up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I look forward to going back for any maintenance or supplies I need in the future."

"The service I received on my Kirby Sentria was excellent!! I was impressed with the "old school" values that you don't always see today. They didn't try to upsell me on something else. Instead they provided the service that was required at a fair price with a quick turnaround. They described the issue and made sure I understood what was done to resolve it. I even saw the defective part. I will always come here for anything vacuum related."

"This store is incredibly overpriced. I brought my vacuum in because it wasn’t turning on and asked them confirm that the wires were not disconnected. The associated helping me spent 15 minutes inspecting the vacuum said that nothing was out of order and charged me has he put it “just $30”. He also took it upon himself to put in a new bag and belt which is great except I didn’t ask for a new bag or belt and certainly didn’t want to pay inflated prices for them. Amazon sells 2 genuine belts for $5 and I have all the bags I need at home. Really don’t appreciate being overcharged or having my money spent for me by performing work I didn’t ask for. Do yourself a favor shop somewhere else."
