"Got my phone repaired and paid a little extra to get original screen and not aftermarket (about 320) Then they proceeded to give me a "deal" and instead of 60, would be charging me 20 to also fix my back glass. When I got my phone back, all parts were clearly aftermarket and it got me questioning if the screen was also aftermarket. Then I realized the back screen wasn't even stick on right and u could peel the whole back of phone with just ur nail. I went back the next day and they charged me 5 bucks to get original back glass (I thought I was getting all original to begine with but ig it was fine since I didn't specified on the back) Then 2 days later the back camera lense fell off.... which I didn't realize they also changed. Then the next day my phone got a little wet and the whole screen broke again... wasn't sure if it was bc they didn't put anything on right or what but I went back to try and find a solution and they couldn't help me or give me a refund and I lost my whole phone (since water entered through the back which ig they didn't but on right the second time as well) and all this happened in the span of a week. My experience was absolutely horrible. Lost 300 bucks and my whole phone."

"They were extremely quick on fixing my phone except they never reached out to let me know it was done I had to come back and check I would give a full 5 stars but it does seem a little suspicious that they said after the repairs other parts of the phone could stop working such as volume and the phone itself cuz all I was getting fixed was just my screen the phone was still fully functional just a crack in the screen"

"This place is great… I have teenage daughters who break iPhones often. This place always gives me the best price, and gives me the information on what I need, and what I don’t need .. one time I thought my charger port was broken, I took it in and the pulled the lint out in 5 seconds and didn’t charge me anything. They could have made a quick 50 dollars but they played it square and now they have my business for life. By far best on price, communication, and go search."
