Tim, my service advisor, was thorough in his explainations and kept me informed of the repair progress. He went above and beyond in showing me all that had been done when I picked up the beautifully repaired car. The repair technician, who I never met, was very attentive to detail in his work. The car looks like brand new. I wouldn't recommend a car crash but would highly recommend this Caliber location as a place to have the damage repaired."
