"A giant shout out to Colby (Tech), Seth (Tech), and Travis (Runner) who worked so well together to install a downstairs two ton gas pack at our home in Holly Springs. They were SO friendly, professional, and courteous in all of our dealings with them. They put the system in over a day, installed a beautiful Sensi thermostat, and re-lit the water heater and fireplace after they were all done. They painted the gas line for us as well. See photo! Roger set all of this up for us...he was very accommodating for our needs. They even brought the unit at least one day earlier than promised. I have now had them replace both of our units...over 6 months (but they were both about 19 years old, truth be told). A poem for them: Men of Iron I met a solid duo Come to my house in less than a day or 2ahhh Smiles and all ready They hammered, hung, and helped (You go Freddy!)
