"I really don’t ever post reviews but I feel like no one should have to endure the disrespect I received over the phone from this establishment. I have had a pretty awful experience getting my phone fixed here after getting my iPhone fixed i received a message saying this is not a genuine apple product the man at the store said “do not worry about that it’s just something apple sends out once screens are replaced “ over the day and the last couple of weeks I realized because my repair was completely done terribly my screen taps apps randomly it doesn’t hold brightness and my Face ID has slowly stopped working. The Staff I talked to was very rude and yelled and over talked to me on the phone once I asked to speak with the manager he told me they were not in.Once after I asked for his name he stated his name was “the manager “ then hung up in my ear. Very disrespectful and rude and just completely all around bad service would not recommend."

"Really different experiences, depending on the person. I first went to PRZ about 3 weeks ago, because my phone would only charge if it was off (otherwise, it was totally functional). Murtaza "ran diagnostics" on it and told me there was nothing he could do. But when he gave it back to me, it wouldn't turn on at all. I told him this, he took it into the back to look at it, and when he came back, the charger port was literally smoking. (You can see in the pic where the metal burnt off.) So I came in with a mostly working phone, and left with a completely broken one. After insisting for a while that he wasn't responsible, Murtaza finally agreed to replace the charger port for free and said he'd call me when the part was in. After more than a week of not hearing from him, I called and got no answer. After another week, I called again, and found out that he'd never actually ordered the part. The person on the phone ordered the part, and Ever replaced the charger port AND got my phone working again. HUGE thanks to him, he was excellent, great service and very knowledgeable. But ultimately I still had to buy a new phone, rather than repair mine or even keep using it as it was. So I would recommend this place, as long as you do NOT work with Murtaza."
