"I took my 720 Pfaff into Matt Romeo today because the tension was bad with fine thread. He helped me almost immediately and completely fixed my issue. He recalibrated my bobbin tension and then he got into the inside of the machine computer and reset the tension default setting which he said was too high. My stitches are beautiful now. So helpful. Did a great job. Also I had previously called on Saturday about this issue and even though he was closed on Saturday he called me back quickly and told me how to increase the bobbin tension if I wanted to try to fix my issue myself. I decided to let him fix my issue which I am glad I did."
