Given the costs involved, I expected top-notch service all around and that's exactly what we got. Given this was a bit of an emergency, I did not invest the time in sourcing multiple quotes to compare prices, so I can't speak to 6&Fix's competitiveness in that area. "I've been a customer with 6 & Fix for over 3 years and they are the best HVAC company in the Triangle area. In 2020 I contacted 6 & Fix to install a new unit. I had issues with the unit that were the fault of the manufacturer. The management of 6 & Fix successfully fought to get me a new unit. Once that was installed there haven't been any issues with my HVAC. I love the free biannual system checks with filters and the best effort to fix a unit before 6 pm. Having this company service my HVAC system with a 10-year warranty has been a worry-free feeling."

I was totally impressed from the very beginning when Nick, the owner of the company, worked on getting our emergency heat working even before the job was discussed.They have just completed installing a new unit at my house along with all of the duct work, insulation, another crawl space door in our brick and totally redesigning the air handler placement. Our house has not had air flow like this in the 22 years we have lived here. Caleb, our estimator, was great. He took a great deal of time to explain what was needed and why, along with giving us several options to choose from. He was very patient and understanding.The day the job started I got to meet the entire 6 & Fix team that would be working until completion. They were all super nice and loved the dogs! This is absolutely THE COMPANY anyone should go with for their HVAC needs!"

"Called Six and Fix for a repair of my old system. They came out quickly told me I could repair or replace my system at comparable prices. I decided to replace. They said they could a new system installed by the end of the next week. After the installation I looked over the work. A new unit was installed but not a new plenums as listed in the install scope they gave me. Also machine was out of level and overall quality of work was poor. It took them 4 months to come out and finish the work they said they would do. I withheld full payment until then. Would not recommend for new system installs. And knowing what I know now should have gotten a second opinion."
