"Made appointment during my lunch hour to get a battery replaced in my phone. Was asked to sign several forms, then I was told it would be 45 minutes to hour! I don’t want my phone with personal info on it to be left for that long, complained and got it back in 15 minutes. More forms to sign! Internet says 4 minutes to change my battery next time do it myself and pay a lot less."

"I was on call for the hospital & dropped my phone. My screen shattered. I called Battery Plus Bulb to see if & how quickly they could fix my phone. They suggested that I make an appointment online to save 10%. I set an appointment for a half hour later. It was very easy. I drove to the store & they were expecting me. We reviewed the problem with the phone, time required to fix it (1 hr) and the cost. I returned 1 hour later & it was ready & worked perfectly!! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and had exceptional customer service. I was very happy that I went to them"
