"Where do i start. Well I call Premier Breakdown Solutions because my freightliner was leaking oil badly. I was quoted the standard 90 minutes wait. 90 minutes ended up turning into 8 hours later before a mechanic showed up. A representative from the company called me a couple of times to inform me that the mechanic was on the way but had a stop on the way. I had no idea that it would be all day before someone would show up. So the mechanic looked at the part and said that it would have to be ordered and that it was nothing that he could do. Then I got a bill for more than $1700 dollars. I felt scammed. I waited all day for someone to come out and tell me that it was nothing that they can do and was over charged for it. The worst decision I could've made was calling this company. I truly regret it. The mechanic did not even know the correct name of the part that was needed. What a ripped off. I would not recommend Premier Breakdown Solutions to anyone."

"Great local business based in South Carolina. Randolph is easy to get in touch with and really knows his stuff on heavy machinery and trucks. He is impeccably clear with communicating progress on jobs. I’ve never heard of something he can’t fix!"

"Do NOT call these people unless you like paying triple what they tell you. Don’t sign any credit card auth in advance. Had to wait 4 hrs they said 60-90 minutes. Mechanic was there 1 hour and one minute. Small repair and he was sitting in his truck in phone for much of that hour. He tells us to wait for invoice. Then he leaves. We get email two separate invoices with no breakdown of charges. And price was much higher than the hourly rate with a two hour minimum of $185 per hour. When I call to say I need a breakdown of charges. I get an invoice. For 2 hours drive to and from 1 hour service call. 3 hour repair and $25 part. Then a $60 supply fee and a $42 credit card fee. So a small $25 valve replacement that took less than an hour to repair cost $1152. There are other mobile service providers in California that we found through another driver that are far better and I will be happy to provide you their information."
