"Excellent service !!! Fast, responsible, good prices!!!!!!! Mobile service was fast"
"The folks here are very friendly and willing to help, but get a bit carried away on the billing. They do not under stand EPA07 and newer exhaust systems. Parts Pricing is a tad high too. I had a unit in here that was coding for a DOC inlet pressure sensor, and needed a starter, they installed the starter, which then failed. They did their agreed upon work at their agreed upon pricing, but then I attempted to have them check a few more things on the Regeneration system, and the amount they charged for the couple of things I aske them to do versus all the previous work they did was way out of line. I believe what they did was take the opportunity to use my requested, non estimated repair request and capture their lost labor on the warranty starter. Buyer beware."
"One of the scams with this place is to not fix the actual problem and keep you coming back to ring up new charges each time. Been there 3 times now for the same issue and nothing got fixed! In fact they did such a bad job the truck broke down within 10 minutes of leaving. What did they do about that? Well they sent a guy out and charged me another $400. In the end over $1,200 and the only thing accomplished was an oil change! Since then I have talked to other people who have the same treatment from them. The story is always the same--overcharge and not fix the actual problem."
"Had what I thought was a hub problem ended up needing an axle these guys were great and very reasonably priced John and Jake were great guys showed up onsite in a hotel parking lot and had the axle swapped out in no time flat great service"
"Ordeal of 22 July 2017 I was forced to use this company from my roadside assistance company. I had a problem with my motor home while driving south on I 95 in Florence SC. The problem was my air brake parking brake would engage going down the road at speed. Needless to say, it MH would come to a stop quickly. The technician spent a couple of hours 'troubleshooting:" the problem. He stated he thought that an air proportioning valve was bad. He bypassed the valve and said that should get me to Charleston, my destination. The cost was over $350.00. $78.00 or so of that price was in "parts" fittings to do the bypass. I did complain about the labor cost as being so high, so he contacted his dispatch and reduced the labor by one half to get that total. The technician stated that they had a shop in Charleston, and he would get back to me so they could come out and fix the valve. Well we settled up, and he drove off. Before he could get out of site, the same problem still existed. I called his cell number with no answer and left him a voice mail. Never did return my call. So I finally just held the parking brake dash valve in by hand, probably not a wise thing to do and we proceeded to our destination. The next day I contacted the office, to find out a status on the repair, was told by a Marc, that the Charleston office did not work on motor homes. So there I was without a solution. So, I contact my road side assistance again, found another service provider, but stated I wanted to talk to them before the sent them out. We made arrangements for the technician to come out. He quickly diagnosed the problem as the rear brake canisters the parking brake diaphragm was leaking into the service brake side. Also the dash parking brake valve was defective. The technician replaced the brake canisters, and the dash valve and all worked as it should. The technician that charged $75.00 plus for "parts" to do the bypass, also kept the fitting needed to remove the bypass. Which by the way in case you have not realized did absolutely nothing for the problem? So had to go buy the fittings, and low and behold, that was only a $12.00 cost. I have not had them checked, but I guess the $78.00 in fittings must be made from pure gold."
