"My husband was part of a new Pilot program receiving a new monitor and strips that was, according to Dr Bussy and staff was supposed to be no charges. Next thing we knew we received a bill for $47.00. When we paid it not realizing it was for that visit, we contacted the billing office who told us there was no such program and we owed the money. We then contacted Dr Bussy himself to which we were assured that we would be reimbursed. After 6 weeks of waiting we contacted the business office again to which we were told that we had a $35.00 charge back for a check that came back unpaid from the bank. #1 we don't send checks we pay everything online, we haven't had a "bounced " check for more than 40 years. We contacted Bussy again and we were told yet again that he would take care of it. This has gone on since January 5th, I believe. We have been told by several different people, including Amy from the billing office in Knoxville and Dr Bussy conflicting things. We just want our money that is due back to us. Ty, was a wonderful asset to that practice and she is no longer with them, due to this situation and others like this one. Practices like this should be shut down, IMMEDIATELY. I wouldn't recommend this practice if it were the only one around locally."

"Dr. Carrie Wallace is a great doctor. She takes time with her patients and cares for her patients. The only problem I have ever had is with the front office ladies. Most of the time they aren't very friendly and at times are very rude. With the stress of having to deal with the front office ladies I have decided to find a new endocrinologist doctor's office."
