"My machine was my late Mother's which had a sentimental value. Brought my machine to Mr. Mc Call. Very nice gentleman. He told me what it would cost to look at it and how much he would charge to fix it. He called in less than 2 days to let me know what he was going to try to fix it with my permission knowing, it may not work. He was so honest and he tried hard to fix it bc of the sentimentality. Couldn't be fixed. He didn't want to charge me. I could not let him do that bc he had spent time on it. His time is valuable too. I would, certainly, recommend Mr. McCall and his business Needle Works. His honesty and determination, to repair my machine, was above and beyond."
