"Broke down 30 minutes into a trip to Florida, so limped in to Premier. They helped us right away, diagnosed the problem, got the part, repaired and test drove, all in less than an hour, for a fair price. Thanks so much!!"
"They were able to take in my truck on Black friday, diagnose rear rotor issues, get the parts and fix it so I can be back on the road the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Highly recommend."
"We took our car to this dealership last November. All we needed was a new transmission. They ended up destroying the engine. Even connected things (not well might I add) back into the engine with zip ties. We have been without a car for almost a year. We even tried to sue after they put a lien on our car for work they said would be of no cost over the summer. We gave them more than one chance to fix their mistakes. All I can say is, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"I came to premier auto care for the first time and the service was amazing. Very honest trustworthy and prices were very fair. I will definitely be coming back for all of my future vehicle maintenance!"
"Very charming people. Terrible service. My 3 day $2,200 estimate turned into 11 biz days $2,800. Supposedly they had trouble getting the parts. But for the last 4 biz days everything was done (they claimed).except for my wheel hubs that they struggled to remove....for 4 biz days. (Which miraculously came off when I said I was coming to get my car.) I get my car back with work not done but charged for, with shoe prints inside the doors, non working hatchback, and a rear wiper that turns on when I turn on my headlights. (All part of the electrical harness they supposedly fixed.) I took it back and they've left my electrial harness exposed with the promise to repair it next time...since then I've been back 3x and been rescheduled 2x and my car wasn't touched. I've left three messages for the manager to call me to arrange a partial refund and the serial numbers of the parts they used. Nothing. If they had said the job was too big or too unimportant in the beginning, we wouldn't be here. But 14 biz days and $3k and I don't think it's too much to ask to get my repairs done. I have never had to sue anyone before, but that might be the next step. Update: I agree that there are many concerning items in my review. I am a very private person, and I rarely make public comments. But, in the interest of safety, I an updating my review. I brought my car in on Feb. 15 because it wouldn't go into Drive. Everything else was operable, but I did want my headlight replaced (They were not working the next day, so invoicing from Feb 17th is fair). I never requested anything be done with my ball bearings. They gave me an estimate of 3-4 days tops...I picked it up on February 28th. To Recap A) I brought them my car. B) It took 3x the estimated time. C) They said it was fixed and sent me home with serious electrical issues near my break lights, work charged for but not done, etc. D) When I returned, they promised to make it right (There is no common Fiat issue that makes the back wiper turn on with the headlights). E) Had me return 3 more times, and rescheduled me twice, but could not be bothered to fix their work. At which point I had to accept they had no intention of fixing my car. When I finally had a chance to get it to my regular mechanic, who works on everything from imports to cherry pickers, he would not touch it. The wiring job had been botched so badly, he referred me to a specialist. I'm working on something, so I can't tell you everything the specialist has said. But it was confirmed that the wiring was done incorrectly, causing serious electrical issues. A lot of people have had a great experience here. If you choose to go here, I hope you do too. They are very nice people. But think carefully. I will be reporting my experience, and the specialist's findings, to the DMV because I do not think it's safe for Precision Auto to do state inspections. Clearly they are not worried about safety if they send you home with electrical issues, and post your name and vehicle information on a public platform. I am including pictures of where they left the inside of my hatchback open, with exposed, unconnected wiring. They left it open so it would be easier to access "when they fix it"."
