"Dr Castallnaos has been my doctor for over several years.& that i have been seeing her & i couldn't have asked for better care than I have received from her & her staff. & i would recommend anybody to go to see her & her staff because she is a very good doctor & a very nice person & her Staff is very good & they are very nice to everyone & I know one thing for sure if doctor Castallnaos would come up & tell me that she had to leave this office & that she was going to another doctor office. I would follow her & I wouldn't get another doctor I would keep going to her no matter where she went I would keep continue going to her that's if she's was still in within the Network or around Hickory or wherever but if she would go back to her country or wherever I couldn't go there to see her but if I could i would go see her in her country & I sure wouldn't miss her that's how much I love my doctor & her staff & I know that I couldn't see anyone putting her & her staff down because they try there best to see everyone that they can see & I think doctor Castallnaos & her staff they try their best to make their patients feel comfortable & feel better to their self & knowing that they have a very good doctor that they can come see & have a very conversation with & that they would be happy with their doctor & their staff that's what counts because all of yall do a very great job & yall are the best"

"I would give it zero stars but the system does not allow it. To make an appointment here is a hassle. My daughter made one for an issue and she was scheduled for a day that Dr. Castellanos doesn't even work on. Then she was told she could not ben seeing for her issue, she had to establish care. Then she was scheduled for an immunization shot she needed for school and she was given the wrong shot (instead of the actual shot she was given a booster shot) even though my daughter and the school were very specific about what was needed. Then she needed other appointments and every time she calls she is told that there are none available for the dates or times she needs, but then she explains she has requested specific dates in the past due to work and school, then all of a sudden the dates and or times are available. It is just always a nightmare to get into seeing the Dr. I was going to establish care with this office and Dr. Castellanos but was waiting to see how the experience went with my daughter. After all this issues, I am very discourage. My mother goes to Dr. Castellanos too and I'm already looking to get her out of there. Worst customer service experience ever in a medical office."

"Billing is horrible and is always an issue - you have to do your job for them and the service was very questionable. My friend that is a registered nurse was shaking his head babased on the treatment ordered, and told me to get a second opinion. Please, if you came your money and your well-being AvOiD AVOID aVoId this place. The empty waiting room should be enough of a warning."
