"Couldn’t have had a better experience! John and Dennis were professional and repaired my truck. They are truly a master of their craft! If you need auto collision repair, United Collision is reasonably priced and fast!"
"United Collision has now fixed two of my vehicles and although there was a small snafu with my second, they truly mean it when they say they stand behind their work. 6 months after my vehicle was fixed the paint began to peel off the repaired area. They took the car in, got it fixed and even offered to assist in finding me transportation to pick up my vehicle. Thank you for working with me and standing behind your work. It goes a long way."
"Poor Work , Paint Job, etc... Looks like a One stage paint with No Clear.. I gave them plenty of time to correct the errors and they never could get them corrected. Truck sat in there shop for over 4 months with nothing but excuses of why it took so long and even try to charge me storage fee for work not even completed. Now i will have to take my truck to another shop to get redone correctly.. Ford F350"
"Unethical at best. United Collision solicited my private information from an accident report (is this even legal?) and within three days started pestering me with phone calls, text messages, and paper mail. Quite frankly, I'm surprised these folks think they'll gain customers this way. All they've gained is someone annoyed enough to give them a bad review. Their flailing can only make you laugh, really."
"I don't know if it's industry standard to, but they were quoting me prices if my pieces were metal even though they were plastic, driving the price up. Even then the quote seemed higher than it should, and as it turns out, it was fairly high. I can't say anything about their work because I wound up not going with them, but I can tell you they will charge you an arm and a leg."
