"For years, I have had my Ram 1500 serviced at the dealer (bearing the brand's name, located in Indian Trail). Recently, my radiator was leaking, and had an exhaust manifold leak. Shamrock was literally more than 3x cheaper, the service was faster, and I had much more communication during the entire process than with any other mechanic I have dealt with in recent memory. "Dropped my truck off for a last minute inspection, the team was able to get me in quick without an appointment. The waiting room was spacious and family friendly for myself and 3 small children. Candace at the front desk was very helpful and the whole process was very quick. I brought Big Blue back in for the tags on my inspection to be fixed, which was done again very quickly. Unfortunately my old girl isn’t a spring chicken any more, she’s pushing 23 years old. She was making a crazy noise which Candace once again was able to have her seen on short notice. They replaced the tire hub for me and she’s purring again like a kitten. All and all I’ve had great experiences with Shamrock Auto Care. Thanks!"

"Great service. Had my ‘99 F150 towed in for a bad ignition lock cylinder as well as the upper and lower actuators being bad. Completely disassembled my steering column to repair as well as repaired an issue involving a check engine light. They kept me updated on the work being done and when I could expect to have the truck back. Truck runs great and I am pleased with everything. Highly recommend Shamrock Auto."
