Went back the third time and the owner went in the back for the ring and my husband and I waited 30 minutes prior to him coming back with the ring he said he repaired it and then charged me $100 for repairs I paid with check and left and when I got in the car the ring “caught” my sweater the very reason I took it in to begin with needless to say I cancelled the check. When the name Tucker’s jeweler comes up I let people know the service I receive. The son was very rude also! I took the ring to Fink and they repaired it well and also stated the repairs done previously the prongs were dotted with metal. Never again will I use Tucker!! So be aware"
