C'RAY TOWING 5707 Old Pageland Marshville Road, Monroe, NC 28112

"I have roadside assistance and they assigned Cray Towing to me. After waiting 2.5 hours for them to arrive I called the main number for the company. They knew about me, said someone had been assigned but something came up so they drove to Florence, SC to drop something off. He gave me the number of the tech that had been assigned and asked me to call him. I gave him a call and he informs me that it’ll be over an hour before he can get me after waiting for 2.5 hours. I began to cry because at this point I had 15 minutes to pick up 2 kids from 2 different schools. The gentleman on the phone hung up on me and then canceled my service request stranding me on the side of the road. I had to walk to one of my sons schools where thankfully the office staff rallied and got the school resource officer to drive me to my other sons school so I could pick him up and then returned me to my vehicle where he changed my tire for me. Do NOT use this company. They will leave you stranded on the side of the road."

"Dude charged ME $350 to Tow My Car then COULDN'T even provide a Receipt at time of payment and continued to LIE TWICE about getting Me a Receipt Dayz later"

"We had an excellent experience with C'ray Towing. We had a damaged "run flat" tire. Cheray came to our assistance, but there was a problem securing our car to his flatbed because our car was missing a tow hook. We decided the best course of action was to make a temporary repair on the tire. In the end, C'Ray made two trips to nearby stores to get patching materials, repaired the tire to the extent possible, and then followed us 35 miles back to Charlotte to make sure we got home safely."
