"I guess the kiosks don't work when the nurses don't, because they close right at 12:30 as I was trying to schedule for an appointment later in the day or tomorrow. Hopefully I will never have to come back here ever."
"They were quick but that is literally the only positive thing I could say about the experience. I took both of my grandparents for lab work and these women are the most unpleasant nurses I’ve EVER encountered. Nurses are a group I have a lot of respect for but this group woke up on the wrong side of the bed! All of them. I wouldn’t even bother reviewing if they had just been rude to me, but they were nasty to my 86 year old grandparents for absolutely NO REASON. And on top of that, one nurse was super rude to the woman behind me, all because she’s in a hurry to take that hour long lunch they all get. We will ask to be referred to a different place from now on."
"I went there today and loved the check-in process with the cool new technology by filling in your info on the kiosk and scanning your ID and insurance card. Ofcourse you want to have your referral papers from your doctor too. It was just minutes after I finished at the kiosk that they called me back. I had a sweet lady named Brenda and she made me feel comfortable and I barely felt the stick. I was there for bloodwork for my thyroid. I will definitely go back there next time. Thank you Brenda and LabCorp!"
"I understand the country is having a hard time with staffing. But with no patients. And a small work load there is no reason every call for multiple days is not being answered, and voicemail are not being returned. Head to the next labcorp. They can take that type of behavior to Mc Donalds, not the healthcare industry. Very poor customer service. Even sadder patient service. If you don’t want to test, care, inform, talk. Stay out of healthcare."
