"They've recently replaced a couple parts for me. They're fast, efficient and straight-forward. Like many services involving parts, you can find the parts for cheaper if you know what you're looking for and order from the manufacturer. I believe Frigidaire had my bake element for about $100 cheaper than this company sold it to me for. That's the only reason for the 4 star. However, there's also convenience in one stop shopping. They do good fast work."
"Guy came in here on Wednesday to work on my washer, said that the drain pump needed to be replaced, then said it will cost me 300 dollars. It didn't make sense to me so I looked deeper into it. And took a look at my washer. To find out all I needed to change was the assembly hose that connects to the drain pump wich cost me 21 dollars now my washer is working just tin. This guy is a scammer and his business is very unprofessional I don't not recommend you inquiring this business. For the good of your money"
"Not sure what happened this morning? We were supposed to get a part replaced for our grill which the guy came out before the shut down of businesses for the Covid-19 pandemic. The guy came today to replace the part and first told my wife $230.00 dollars for repair but I looked puzzled? He was only here for less than 15 minutes the first time and he said he had to order a part for the grill and he told me about the battery that needed to be replaced. After he told my wife $230 dollars when she asked again he said $120 then I asked why? Then he came back with the price of $100.00. I asked him what did he pay for the part which he noted he got from Ebay and it was $50.00 dollars. My wife went to Ebay and we found that the part costed no more than $9 dollars. I asked the guy why the change in prices and called I assume to be the owner of the company? I understand trying to make a little extra to some degree but I will not pay $50.00 for a part which cost $9.00 dollars. We gave the guy $60.00 dollars for his work and set him on his way. I too run a business and my reputation is on the line when I work for clients. I will not be using these guys again but if you want some advice make sure you come with invoice which break down the cost of parts ordered, their shipping and the labor it will take to fix something. When you come to client's homes and you start "Rambling" off numbers thinking you are going to get paid what you asked for you better get ready to justify it! Treat people fair, honest and your success will come without any problems."
"My refrigerator stopped freezing. After checking on several companies in Monroe, I contacted NC Appliance Repair. I described my problem and my appointment was scheduled within a few hours. Alex showed up promptly for the appointment and resolved my issue. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend NC Appliance Repair."
"Alex came over and fixed my front load washer way before Samsung could send one of their guys, and I’m super happy! He was very diligent in his troubleshooting in order to not replace parts that are not broken, was very careful, cleaned everything behind, was super friendly and gave a ton of advice on preventing maintenance and how to make the washer last longer. And the important part- it costed me less for him to come over, troubleshoot, replace the bad board, clean everything and verify that everything works than it was going to cost for a Samsung guy to just show up... I couldn’t be happier!"
