"Do not use this place. I dropped my computer off almost 2 months ago and not received one phone call from these people with a consensus as to what's wrong with my computer. I've called 5, yes 5 times to be connected with a "customer service rep" who seems irritated that I'm inquiring about my computer. When connected to the technician he keeps telling me a different story and promises every time he will call me right back and NOTHING. I cannot believe that there are positive reviews about this place!! UPDATE: Just received a call back from this place (morning after I left review) and someone (possibly the owner) told me I needed to come get my computer and that I "told numerous untruths" on my review. When I kept stating EXACTLY what happened he just kept raising his voice saying "Come get your computer!" I'm so appalled!"
