"My experience with Hometown Power Equipment's Zero Turn Mower has been nothing short of remarkable. Its exceptional maneuverability and top-quality engineering have elevated my lawn care to a whole new level, making yard work a breeze and delivering immaculate results."
"They are only getting 1 star because 0 is not an option. They have had our lawn mower for 6 weeks and still can’t tell us anything about the cost of the repairs. They never call us back when they say they are going to and at one point even lost all of our information about our mower."
"Hometown Hardware, especially the Power Equipment location...they are THIEVES!!! Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes, Home Depot, ANYWHERE besides HH. Can only hope they go out of business soon!"
"I cannot say enough good things about hometown! I bought a gravely zero turn mower from them they give me a good price on it I had a couple problems out of it not on hometown's part but on gravely's part, but hometown was with me every step of the way and tried to help me in any way. They gave me the best possible customer service that anybody could ask for, and I am very happy and they have earned my business and I have spent a lot of money and here's past on lawn equipment landscaping equipment power equipment. So you have made a lifetime customer out of me!"
"I took my mower in for service which when I got the bill it cost almost $700. They changed a tire, put 3 blades on, PM, and supposedly changed the clutch. When I went to pick it up the mower had a broke key, pulley was making a loud rubbing sound that was there before, and the harness for the electrical wires were missing. The guy that was running the place said the sound was not a big deal and he didn't have an answer for the key or missing harness. If you can find someone else to work on your mower I would probably take it there. I'm not sure these guys know what they are doing."
