Leonard's RV 670 New Clyde Highway, Canton, NC 28716

"Called Leonard's rv to fix out fridge, not cooling. Told them on that call the control panel wasn't working. Charged me $200 to come out to diagnose. When they got here they said, we cannot diagnose until the control panel is replaced. 6 weeks to get the part Part came in and was broken when the tech tried to put it in. (Very delicate part) as of now no phone call about what was going on, I called them to find out. Instead of expediting the next part, it was their fault it was broken, another 6 weeks wait time. Came out, put the part in, sent me a bill. NO PHONE CALL! I called, paid the bill. Original problem was fridge doesn't cool. We live out of town and just came for the weekend, fridge does not cool. Called again, to see if they would come back out and finally diagnose the problem, going to charge me $200 again to come back out and do what they said they would 4 months ago. Fridge was never diagnosed for the problem. I will pay my $200 to someone who will fix it not go thru this run around again."

Now I know why they have great reviews!! We have used them 3 times in the last 7 months for issues we had. In each case they got us in in less than a week and showed up on time, everything. The techs are amazing, they take their time to explain everything and customer service is so easy to work with. They deal with our warranty people and communicate thru the entire process.
