"Working with Demetra as my Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. I planned all the details for my wedding and was anxious about the idea of having someone execute my vision, but from the start she made me feel comfortable and confident that she was the person for the job. After our first meeting I knew I was in good hands. She was extremely organized during the process and had great ongoing communication. She asked questions that I didn’t even think of and managed all of the vendors perfectly. 16 hours before my wedding I received a call from Demetra that my caterer had a Covid outbreak and would have to cancel… Before I could even go into a full meltdown Demetria had already secured another caterer with the same menu and coordinated it with both caterers so that I did not have to pay the $600 difference. I cannot tell you how valuable it is to have her on your team. She truly takes care of her couples like a family member, you know that she just wants you to enjoy your day. The day of my wedding was seamless and 100% stress-free, if there were any issues, I was not aware, I did not have to worry about anything but enjoying my day. I can not stress how valuable Demetra was to my wedding day and planning process. 10/10, 5 stars I recommend."

Meghan was our day of Coordinator, and between her and the decor team member - whose name I hate to have forgotten, so sorry!! - they truly made a huge impact on ensuring our day went smoothly. We decided to hire a Coordinator pretty late into things, with hardly more than a month left, and had already hired the rest of our vendors and worked out several things. But the help of Meghan and team on things like timeline, rehearsal, day of coordination, decor, and also just presenting a calming and understanding presence through everything was absolutely worth every penny and more. I would absolutely recommend working with them for your wedding or event, you won't regret it!"
