"We came to see a movie and when we arrived we were told that the Google listing for the time was incorrect and that it would be another hour and 15min till it started. The manager was very nice an apologized for any inconvenience. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible, even cleaning the theater as soon as the previous movie let out so we could go in and relax until our shows time. A+++ Staff very nice a really nice theater, we will Definitely be back"
"We were really impressed with this theater! Very clean with a friendly staff. GREAT prices! I honestly don't understand any bad reviews. The sound was great. The chairs were great. This is our first time visiting and some of the reviews made us feel like we were going to be sitting in chairs that were broken down. Honestly, the OTHER theater that is also in Concord has MANY broken down chairs that have recliner buttons that don't always work... and it feels grimy there! I never feel like the theaters there are properly cleaned. Bottom line, I've found a new theater... 5 minutes from my house. So glad we tried it out!"
