"I had a Baldwin Pianoville that suddenly started to produce static. Unfortunately, no one local was willing to look at it. I found a reference for Ken through an online forum and contacted him. He claimed to have fixed over 500 Baldwin's so I was confident he could fix my electric piano. I sent both the main board and amp board to him and he was able to fix a few parts but unable to reproduce the static. I sent the pre-amp board next and Ken pin-pointed the issue there and fixed it with a part he had to secure from Europe. Ken fixed the preamp board and addressed some leaking capacitors and provided a new battery for the main board. All items were shipped back and I reinstalled them into my piano. Its now as good as new!"
