"I got towed by them when parking at Riverwalk apartment's and to get my vehicle was a very horrible experience. I talked over the phone and the lady told me just 200$ and didn't get informed until I got there that it was CASH ONLY. And the man that was working the morning was extremely rude when my ride there was turning around he said " well ya better catch your ride then" so that I could go get the 200$ in cash from an ATM. In my experience as being someone who wasn't in an emergency I definitely know I would never call them in need of an emergency I would rather call dukes towing or Adam's towing as the best recommendations and D&M towing or even AAA towing"
